Customer Service Representative

Washington County Farm Bureau Insurance is looking for its next Customer Service Representative! No experience required but is beneficial. This is a full-time position but does NOT include traditional benefits. The office hours are 8AM to 4:30PM. The characteristics of this individual should include but not necessarily be limited to:

-Well organized
-Able to multi-task
-Exercises proper and professional etiquette 
-Has a strong attention to detail 
-Strong communication skills-both written and over the phone
-Personable and Customer Service oriented
-Willing to make outbound customer service calls
-Comfortable learning programs and rating platforms
-Strong work ethic
-Punctual and dependable
-Has strong initiative and is a self-starter
